Power Blocks

Six models, designed for versatile and adaptable control

Power Blocks are the main controls for the OMNI-4000 Production Management and Control System. Durable and rugged, Power Blocks can control virtually any type of load from variable and single-speed fans, to feed augers, to lights. No matter what your ventilation or control strategy is, there is a Power Block that suits your needs.

Power Blocks work with the ventilation module of the OMNI-4000 system to control equipment according to your programmed settings. If the computer or communications fail, the Power Blocks continue to operate according to the last settings received from the OMNI-4000 software. When the communication is restored, the software send updated settings to the Power Blocks.

There are six models of Power Blocks. All Power Blocks have an alarm relay to which you can connect a siren or other external alarm system. All Power Blocks have a pulse counter that, when combined with the OMNI-Water module, can monitor water consumption.

All Power Blocks are CSA approved and built to our high-quality standards.
