Programmable Lighting Control (PLC-1)

A trouble-free and easy-to-program lighting control designed primarily for poultry operations

The Programmable Lighting Control (PLC) allows you to automatically control and adjust light duration and intensity during the birds' life cycle. The PLC-1 is loaded with powerful and useful features. With six outputs and up to four separate programs, the PLC-1 allows you to easily design a lighting program that works for your operation.

PLC-1 Programmable Lighting Control

The PLC-1 has two 10 ampere variable AC stages for dimming incandescent lamps, two 10 ampere general-purpose relays for operating devices such as feed augers or turning lights on and off, and two 0 to 10 volt variable DC signal outputs for controlling fluorescent fixtures.

The LCD display shows status and setting information and the four-button keypad allows you to easily scroll through the information and program the control. The real-time clock and power-fail memory retention means you will never lose your settings and program status because of a power failure.

All this and more in one convenient and affordable unit!

Available options

Slave units allow you to increase the lighting capacity of a PLC. Installation is simple and there is no additional configuration required; all slave units follow the programs and settings of the master control. There are two models of slave units:
