Field service and per-instance technical support

Phason offers two types of occasional support: field service or per-instance remote support.
Field service
For customers who require a technician to come to their site, Phason offers field service. When requested, Phason provides experienced field engineers to help in the initial set up of a system or subsequent troubleshooting support.
The cost per engineer is $50.00 per hour or portion thereof, or a daily rate of $300.00 per eight-hour day. Overtime and holiday rates are at 1½ times the standard rate. Special quoted rates might apply if you require field service for an extended period. In addition, you are responsible for all travel, accommodation, and meal expenses for the field engineer(s) for the duration of the work performed.
Field service is charged per day, plus expenses, and is billed monthly.
Per-instance remote support
For customers who need only occasional remote support, Phason offers per-instance technical support. Inbound calls are free, outbound calls are $50.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Per instance support is billed monthly.
Per-instance support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM central time, excluding holidays. During these times, customer support will respond to all calls within three hours. No service calls will be taken before or after these hours.
Outbound calls from Phason customer support to the site include: telephone calls, faxes, or modem connection. Outbound calls do not accumulate and are only available for that month.
Inbound calls are calls from the site to Phason customer support.
